Bluelyze: BLE & GATT Scanner (iOS and Android) · Effective 3 November 2026

1. The app

Bluelyze ("the app") is a Bluetooth Low Energy scanner provided by AppKadag ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Your data

Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for your own copies, for example with the export functions. See the privacy policy.

3. Free version, ads and Pro

The app is free and shows ads on iPhone, iPad and Android. On iPhone, iPad and Mac, Bluelyze Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID subscription settings. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.

4. Responsible use

The app can connect to Bluetooth devices and write values to them. Use it only on devices you own or are authorized to test, and follow the laws that apply to you. Writing to a device can change or damage its behavior. You use these functions at your own risk. Webhook push sends data to an address you choose; you are responsible for that address and for the data you send.

5. No guarantee

Signal strength, distance and decoded values are estimates and can be wrong. The app is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee that it is error free or that it works with every device.

6. Use of the app

You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the app stores.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms when the app changes. The date at the top shows the current version. German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Contact: appkadag@gmail.com.
