The scan list is empty.

Turn Bluetooth on and allow the Bluetooth permission for Bluelyze. On Android 11 and older also allow location, which Android requires for scanning. Devices that are not advertising do not appear.

I cannot see MAC addresses on iPhone.

iOS hides hardware addresses and shows a random identifier. This is a platform limit.

How do I export data?

Open the advertisement log or history and use Export to save a CSV or JSON file.

How do I set up webhook push?

In Settings enter an HTTPS address. Choose the characteristics to send. Values are posted as JSON when notifications arrive. iPhone, iPad and Mac only.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Use Restore Purchases in the Pro screen, with the same Apple ID you bought it with.

How do I cancel Pro?

Settings, your name, Subscriptions.

How do I delete my data?

Delete entries in the app, or uninstall it. Nothing is stored on our servers.
